Student Letter

My name is Bi Nguyen Trong Hieu, I am 19 years old and I completed a Degree in Hospitality Management at City College Plymouth this year. Two years ago, when I first arrived in Plymouth, it was quite difficult for me to start a new life, especially the first few weeks, but thanks to the help from the inter national office, my lecturers, my host family and my friends I have come across many difficulties and developed a lot of new skills which would be a very good experience for me in life.

I am constantly proud that I have made a right decision to come to England and especially Plymouth for education in order to develop my future career. All the lecturers are extremely helpful and patient. I have also made lots of friends with both British and other nationalities, which gives me a wider picture as well as deeper knowledge about the interesting cultures and customs of other countries and especially England. Plymouth is a very beautiful legendary city with friendly local people and many historical attractions.
